If you're considering switching to MonoBill from another platform, you can likely migrate your data. Most platforms allow you to export data in CSV format.
MonoBill supports importing data in CSV format, but the export from your previous platform may not match our required format. Review our sample exports and compare them to your exports. You may need to rename some headings and remove unnecessary ones.

Importing Products
Review the exported CSV file from your previous platform and ensure the headers are renamed to match those in the MonoBill sample inventory export. If you have variations of a specific product, you can include them in the CSV with the same product name but different variant options and values.
To import products to MonoBill, navigate to Products > Inventory and click the "Import" button. Upload the CSV file, and MonoBill will confirm how many products are being imported if the file is formatted correctly.
